While I'm thinking about it, BAS is also a great tax tool. The calender may be used for tracking miles......
Is there any way we could get one more training class scheduled once school is back in session? I have little ones and was unable to attend either class so far. I bet I'm not the only one.

At this time I feel book a showing is great. I was at the Corprate meeting on Wed. and had two realtor's chasing me to schedule showings on two of my properties. They did not use book a showing. So after the meeting when I called them back of course they were quite upset that I didn't return their calls for 2.5 hours.
But, had they went to book a showing they could of seen that the homes were not occupied and confirmed appointments.
We need to get more agents on board with this program.
I am an old timer in the business and understand that change is good.
